Safety and service standards
Every request is checked before it becomes a commitment.
Doorstep Energy does not treat regulated energy like ordinary parcel delivery. Availability, safe access, lawful use, compatible equipment and qualified fulfilment must be established first.
Area and access
Service depends on safe road access, suitable parking or work area, operating radius and the ability to complete the work without creating an unacceptable risk.
Product compatibility
Fuel grade, LPG cylinder or installation details, and EV connector requirements must match the intended vehicle, equipment or site.
Qualified fulfilment
Only appropriately authorised suppliers, drivers, technicians and equipment may be assigned where a service requires them.
Measured completion
Quantity, collection, delivery or charging evidence should be captured against the request before it is marked complete.
Incident escalation
Unsafe conditions stop the job. The issue is recorded and escalated rather than bypassed through informal instructions.

Use the appropriate emergency service first.
Doorstep Energy is not an emergency-response authority. If there is fire, injury, a gas leak, a collision, a dangerous spill or another immediate threat, move to safety and contact the relevant emergency services. Do not submit a normal service request as a substitute.
