Operating entity

These terms are issued by YOUR_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, registration YOUR_REGISTRATION_NUMBER, at YOUR_BUSINESS_ADDRESS, trading as Doorstep Energy.

Requests and acceptance

Submitting a request does not create an accepted order or guarantee availability. Doorstep Energy first verifies the service area, product, safe access, suitable fulfilment capacity and applicable legal requirements. Service is accepted only when Doorstep Energy provides an explicit confirmation.

Quotes and payment

A confirmed quote may include product, handling, delivery, callout, deposit, tax or other disclosed charges. No online payment is taken by this controlled-launch interface. Future payment features must be enabled only after a production payment provider and reconciliation process are configured.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, select the correct product, disclose relevant hazards, ensure lawful intended use, provide safe access and follow reasonable safety instructions. You must not ask a worker to bypass a required check.

Availability and changes

Supply, route conditions, equipment faults, weather, safety concerns, legal restrictions or events outside reasonable control may delay, change or prevent service. Doorstep Energy will communicate the customer-safe status and any material price change before proceeding where reasonably possible.

Complaints and disputes

Keep your request reference and raise concerns promptly. Doorstep Energy will retain an operational history so the request, quote, handoffs and outcome can be reviewed.

Launch condition

The operating company must replace this controlled-launch wording with jurisdiction-specific consumer, privacy, payment, transport, hazardous-material and sector terms reviewed by qualified counsel before a broad commercial launch.
